Watch: Penn State RB Saquon Barkley power cleans 405 pounds

If the two running backs who are arguably the best at their position in college football went head-to-head in a strongman competition, they'd put on quite a show.

Less than a week after video emerged of LSU's Derrius Guice squatting 650 pounds, there's now video (see above) of Penn State's Saquon Barkley power cleaning 405 pounds, courtesy of the Nittany Lions' performance-enhancement football strength staff.

At 5-foot-11, 223 pounds, he's approaching the territory of power cleaning twice his body weight. That's just ... beastly.

Both players made our list of college football's 17 most freakish athletes, and their weight-room exploits really hammer home the point -- trying to tackle these two cannot be a fun experience.
