Our look at the teams that added the most talent in the 2017 NFL Draft, based on NFL.com senior analyst Gil Brandt's Hot 150 prospect rankings, continues with teams ranked 17-24.

17. Minnesota Vikings

Score: 360 points (6 players)
The skinny: The Vikings are actually tied with the Seahawks (No. 8 on this list) with the second-most Hot 150 players drafted. With no first-round pick, they did their damage in the middle rounds.
The players (points):
No. 25: Dalvin Cook (126)
No. 52: Pat Elflein (99)
No. 95: Jaleel Johnson (56)
No. 107: Bucky Hodges (44)
No. 119: Danny Isidora (32)
No. 148: Ben Gedeon (3)

18. Buffalo Bills

Score: 346 points (4 players)
The skinny: The Bills made just six picks in the draft, but they were efficient and balanced, landing three offensive players and three defensive players.
The players (points):
No. 30: Tre'Davious White (121)
No. 62: Zay Jones (89)
No. 67: Dion Dawkins (84)
No. 99: Nathan Peterman (52)

19. San Francisco 49ers

Score: 337 points (5 players)
The skinny: The 49ers had one of the most top-heavy drafts, as all but 52 of their points came from their two first-round picks -- Thomas and Foster.
The players (points):
No. 3: Solomon Thomas (148)
No. 14: Reuben Foster (137)
No. 102: George Kittle (49)
No. 149: Ahkello Witherspoon (2)
No. 150: C.J. Beathard (1)

20. Dallas Cowboys

Score: 318 points (3 players)
The skinny: The Cowboys had a solid draft, addressing their most glaring needs with their top picks.
The players (points):
No. 32: Chidobe Awuzie (119)
No. 42: Taco Charlton (109)
No. 61: Jourdan Lewis (90)

21. Arizona Cardinals

Score: 305 points (3 players)
The skinny: Taking Reddick, Brandt's No. 37 player, 13th overall might've been a reach, but his stock had been soaring ever since the Senior Bowl. The biggest surprise in Arizona's haul was that it didn't include a quarterback.
The players (points):
No. 37: Haason Reddick (114)
No. 55: Budda Baker (96)
No. 56: Dorian Johnson (95)

22. Detroit Lions

Score: 288 points (4 players)
The skinny: The Lions added a key building block for their defense in Davis, and it will be very interesting to monitor the development of Kaaya, who slid all the way to late in Round 6.
The players (points):
No. 20: Jarrad Davis (131)
No. 66: Teez Tabor (85)
No. 113: Brad Kaaya (38)
No. 117: Kenny Golladay (34)

23. Tennessee Titans

Score: 279 points (4 players)
The skinny: It's a bit surprising that the Titans aren't higher on this list given that they are one of the few teams that had two first-round picks. They reached for Davis at No. 5, according to Brandt's rankings, but each of their top four picks was ranked in his Hot 150.
The players (points):
No. 26: Adoree' Jackson (125)
No. 31: Corey Davis (120)
No. 128: Taywan Taylor (23)
No. 140: Jonnu Smith (11)

24. Oakland Raiders

Score: 273 points (3 players)
The skinny: The Raiders revamped their secondary with their top two selections. Despite off-field concerns that led to questions about whether Conley would be drafted at all, Oakland stopped his slide at No. 24.
The players (points):
No. 11: Gareon Conley (140)
No. 69: Obi Melifonwu (82)
No. 100: David Sharpe (51)
