Jonathan Allen, DL, Alabama

WEEK 8 GRADE: A+

Stats: 6 tackles (1 sack), 1 fumble recovered (returned 30 yards for TD), 4 QB hurries. (vs. Texas A&M)
Skinny: Allen was the most dominant player on the field in this game. I thoroughly enjoyed studying the tape of this contest. He was hell on wheels. His sack of QB Trevor Knight was one of the most impressive plays I've ever seen from an interior defensive lineman. He was disruptive from start to finish against the run and the pass. Against the run, the blend of perfect technique, strength and quickness that he showed could be used as an instructional video for coaches around the country. -- Daniel Jeremiah
