Bills great Jim Kelly has no signs of cancer after biopsy

Buffalo BillsHall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly underwent a biopsy surgery Thursday after scans came back inconclusive.

Jill Kelly, his wife, relayed on Instagram that the preliminary results from the biopsy showed no signs of cancer.

"A big thumbs up from JK! And a big THANK YOU to God, the doctors and all of you who prayed for Jim today," Jill wrote. "Preliminary results from the biopsies show NO sign of cancer!! After he heard the awesome news, he said two things: 'Thank God for all the prayers!' And... 'I need a chocolate milkshake!' #KellyTough"

Someone get the man a dang milkshake!!!

Kelly, 56, first announced he was diagnosed with jaw cancer in 2013 and has undergone several procedures over the past three years. If the results of this week's biopsy hold, Kelly will have been cancer-free for nearly 24 months.
