Five-round mock 5.0: Cowboys pluck Jack, Henry

I've expanded this fun exercise from four to five rounds because of my #mocklove. Here's my five-round mock draft.

Joey Bosa or Jalen Ramsey could go here. For now, I'll stick with Tunsil working with Taylor Lewan to protect last year's No. 2 overall pick, QB Marcus Mariota.

I'm not buying that the Browns signed Robert Griffin III as their future starter. For a franchise that hasn't had much of any luck with quarterbacks, they'll bring in as many arms as they possibly can in camp.

Building the front line is a priority for the Chargers, especially with the departure of starting five-technique Kendall Reyes. Buckner is a perfect fit.

Dallas gets the player whom many consider the best in the draft. If his knee injury is healed sufficiently, Jack and Sean Lee could be the best coverage linebacker duo in NFL history.

Ramsey will be a factor for the Jags as a rookie, joining with Davon House on outside coverage and supporting against the run with a passion.

Just another quality pick by general manager Ozzie Newsome. Bosa's the perfect replacement for Courtney Upshaw, who left via free agency.

The draft's best quarterback goes to the 49ers, unless the Eagles, Rams or a different team makes a strong deal to move up to get him.

Word is the Eagles are shopping Ryan Mathews, and they already traded DeMarco Murray. It would make sense for the team to look for a new bell-cow back.

Like the Titans, the Bucs get a talented lineman up front to keep their second-year quarterback off the turf.

It's rare for a team to pick tackles in back-to-back first rounds, although seeing Jack Conklin in a Giants uniform makes a lot of sense. I'll put Treadwell in the mix with OBJ, as Victor Cruz has not been healthy for a while and Rueben Randle signed with Philadelphia.

The Bears made an investment in free-agent Bobby Massie to take over the right-tackle spot, which allows former first-round pick Kyle Long to move back to guard. Now they land a left tackle in Conklin who will be a force in the running game and will protect Jay Cutler.

Cameron Jordan needs help up front pressuring quarterbacks (the Saints had just 31 sacks in 2015), and Lawson should provide a solid option. He's also strong enough against the run to shore up their equally poor rush defense.

Even after acquiring Byron Maxwell from the Eagles, the Dolphins could use help in the secondary. Hargreaves' ability as a playmaker won't be overlooked.

Billings adds athleticism to the Raiders' front four. He'll combine with Khalil Mack for one of the best end-tackle combos in the league.

Letting James Laurinaitis go means there's a big hole in the middle of the Rams' defense. Ragland's just the guy to fill it.

Using back-to-back first-round picks on the offensive line (they selected guard Laken Tomlinson last year) fortifies the group.

Lee could step in for veteran Philip Wheeler to be an impact player at the SAM 'backer spot.

The age of Robert Mathis and Trent Cole will lead the Colts to look for their pass-rush specialist of the future.

Rankins should fill the need for a penetrating tackle next to stud nose tackle Marcell Dareus.

The Jets take the long view on Smith, who is recovering from knee surgery, and go for true value.

Finding another receiving threat for Kirk Cousins is a must. Doctson's big-play ability is too good to pass up.

J.J. Watt and Jones on the same line? Offensive linemen across the league should not be happy about this.

Teddy Bridgewater will only get better with more trustworthy receivers. Thomas' 40 times (solidly in the mid-4.5s) won't blow you away, but he was among the quickest receivers at the combine (6.8 seconds in the three-cone drill) and he has good size, measuring 6-foot-3 and 212 pounds (with 10 1/2 inch hands).

Free agency has weakened the Bengals' receiving corps, and Coleman's speed works well to complement A.J. Green.

The Steelers haven't picked a cornerback in the first round of the draft since 1997. But Alexander's talent, and the team's need at the position, might force its hand.

A tall, long press corner with 4.4 speed. Sounds like a good fit for Pete Carroll's defense to me.

B.J. Raji is taking a hiatus from football, so the Packers are in need of help in the interior. With his combination of strength, athleticism and foot quickness, Reed has a chance to be a long-term starter.

The loss of Jeff Allen and release of Ben Grubbs might push the Chiefs to select Garnett, who is perfectly capable of stepping in at the left-guard spot to ensure Alex Smith is protected and the running game is effective.

Arizona's struggles in the secondary late in the year will push them toward finding more playmakers.

Bell's coverage skills and physical play make him a fine catch late in the first round.

Lynch is a similar prospect to their former "starter of the future," Brock Osweiler.
