Jim Harbaugh subtweets at coachless 49ers

Less than two hours after the Jim Tomsula era in San Francisco came to a bitter close, one former 49ers coach offered words of wisdom to the Twittersphere.

Harbaugh, now the head coach and program savior at Michigan, was of course the coach in San Francisco for a fruitful four years before his unceremonious, drawn-out departure in 2014. Tomsula, his defensive line coach, was hired on as his replacement soon after. Tomsula was fired Sunday evening after piloting the 49ers to a 5-11 season.

Maybe Harbaugh is subtweeting the entire 49ers' front office for their endless instability. Maybe. It's also quite likely the eccentric coach just wanted to teach a life lesson to catapult the people of the Internet into a bountiful week of self-fulfillment. Either way, we approve.
