Marshal Yanda, Ravens agree on 4-year, $32M deal

Marshal Yanda isn't going anywhere.

The Ravens and Yanda have reached an agreement on a four-year contract extension, the team announced Friday. The deal is worth $32 million, according to NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport

This is the fifth contract Yanda and the Ravens have worked out since the guard was taken in the third round of the 2007 draft. Yanda, 31, was in the final season of a five-year, $20 million deal.

"My family and I are very excited to stay with such an incredible organization," Yanda said in a statement on the team website. "We feel fortunate to have reached an extension, and I look forward to carrying on the Baltimore Ravens' great tradition. Hopefully, I will finish my career as a Raven."

Yanda is a four-time Pro Bowl selection who earned first-team All-Pro honors last season. He's one of the best guards in the business, and has shown no sign of decline in his ninth season. He has graded out as the No. 1 guard in football this season, according to analytics site ProFootballFocus.com.
