Odell Beckham Jr. highlights Madden NFL 16 trailer

Oh, my God! Oh, my God! Oh, my God!

The Madden NFL 16 trailer is out, and I must say, it's awesome. Honestly, EA has set the bar rather high with the Star Wars Battlefront trailer which was released at E3 in Los Angeles and you can check that out here. But the Madden trailer is amazing as well, as it really holds its own. (Although, if EA ever comes out with a video game where Odell Beckham Jr. is fighting rebels on Ice Planet Hoth, it can just go ahead and take all of my money.)

However, let's focus in on Madden, which has gone all-in on OBJ.

Not that you can blame them. The fans made OBJ the youngest cover player in the history of Madden. He had 91 receptions for 1,305 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns in just 12 games for the New York Giants last year. Of course, the play everybody remembers is his mythological catch against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football last year. Of course, Madden jumped on the chance to animate that catch in the trailer above. Though this time it was against the hated Green Bay Packers. (Sue me, I'm a Chicago Bears fan.)

The most pressing question I have is what is OBJ's rating going to be for this season? It will probably be somewhere in the 90s, though I feel that I was on to something when I rearranged his player rating on NCAA 14.

Madden NFL 16 will be released on August 25. You can pre-order your copy right here.
