Arizona Cardinals sign OT D.J. Humphries

The Arizona Cardinals' 2015 draft class is now fully under contract.

The Cardinals signed first-round selection D.J. Humphries, the team announced Monday.

The offensive tackle agreed to a four-year, $8.9 million deal with a $4.74 million signing bonus, NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported.

"He's in a battle to get on the field," Cardinals coach Bruce Arians said in an interview that will air on NFL Network's NFL Total Access on Monday at 7 p.m. ET. "We've got two pretty good tackles who played well last year. He's a young guy who's got a lot of talent who just has to figure out this isn't college anymore; this is the NFL."

Humphries was drafted with the 24th pick out of Florida where he was named SEC All-Freshman in 2012, but missed a total of seven games during his sophomore and junior seasons.

He will be expected to start at right tackle on a revamped Cardinals offensive line that includes Jared Veldheer and newcomer Mike Iupati.
