» 2015 pro days schedule, results and analysis

Nose tackle Justin Hamilton (6-foot-1 1/8, 311 pounds) ran the 40-yard dash in 5.22 and 5.2 seconds. He had a 31 1/2-inch vertical jump and 8-foot broad jump. He did the 20-yard short shuttle in 4.62 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.59 seconds. He also performed 28 reps of 225 pounds on the bench press. Hamilton lacks height, but he's a real good, strong and quick player who has a chance to make an NFL team as a priority free-agent possibility.

Running back Alonzo Harris (6-1, 237) ran the 40 in 4.7 and 4.69 seconds. He had a 36-inch vertical jump and 10-foot-7 broad jump. He did the short shuttle in 4.51 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.19 seconds. He also had 15 strength lifts. Harris is described as having really good feet and being a very explosive runner. Harris is a likely priority free-agent pickup for a team following the draft and has a good chance to make an NFL roster, perhaps at first as a practice squad player.
