Will Hill in Baltimore Ravens' plans for 2015

The Ravens are factoring mercurial safety Will Hill into their plans for next season.

The only problem is, another team has tried -- and failed -- to do this before.

When focused, Hill is one of the most talented safeties in the NFL. His range, skill and fearlessness when zeroing in on open-field tackles are second to none.

He's just been suspended three times, which forced the Giants to cut him.

"We're challenging him for the next three or four months," John Harbaugh said, via CSN Baltimore. "Are you going to come back a better player than you were when you left here in January, and is that slate going to be clean? We fully expect it to be."

Harbaugh needs to keep his fingers crossed that this is all water under the bridge, though. Hill is a restricted free agent this offseason and will demand some type of commitment from Baltimore moving forward.

A clean offseason -- realistically his first since entering the NFL -- would go a long way toward alleviating any concerns.
