Four ejected following Giants-Rams sideline scuffle

Bad blood between the Giants and Rams led to a sideline brawl and four ejections on Sunday at the Edward Jones Dome.

The fracas began after Rams linebacker Alec Ogletree delivered a late hit on Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham, pushing the rookie to the ground on the Giants' sideline. Beckham, who had drawn a penalty earlier in the game for excessive celebration after a touchdown catch, kicked Ogletree while on the ground before multiple players spilled into the area.

Giants wide receiver Preston Parker threw a punch during the confrontation, leading to his ejection. Giants defensive tackle Johnathan Hankins, Giants defensive end Damontre Moore and Rams tackle William Hayes were also disqualified.

Expect the NFL to hand out loads of fines for this. Also, expect officials to call a very tight game the rest of the way. St. Louis will be a shenanigans-free zone in the second half.
