Predicting the AFC wild cards

The Colts and Broncos can clinch playoff spots this weekend, but the rest of the AFC remains entirely up for grabs.

Especially in the AFC North, where the Bengals (8-3-1) hold a temporary grasp over the division above the Ravens, Steelers and Browns -- all sitting at 7-5.

We talked about the rough-and-tumble North on this week's podcast as a division that could send three teams to the playoffs. I believe they'll do just that, with the Steelers surging down the stretch to win the division while Cincinnati and Cleveland squeak into January ahead of Baltimore and other AFC hopefuls.

Naturally, none of my fellow Around the NFL writers agreed with that scenario, showing plenty of love below for the Ravens and Chiefs.
