Ole Miss defensive line coach Chris Kiffin will face off against his brother, Alabama's Lane Kiffin, on Saturday.

Younger brothers love upstaging their older brothers, and Chris Kiffin will be looking to do just that Saturday.

Chris, 34, is Mississippi's defensive line coach. His brother, Lane, 39, is Alabama's offensive coordinator, and Mississippi is playing host to Alabama in a huge SEC West showdown Saturday afternoon.

While neither has talked to the media this week, Mississippi coach Hugh Freeze has mentioned the brother connection.

Take a look at college football coaches who also played college football.

"Anytime you compete with people you love, you want to win," he told reporters. "I wanted to beat my brother growing up and my cousins growing up in anything we did, but that certainly didn't mean that after it's over, you fight with them in life. I'm sure it'll be the same Saturday."

Freeze also joked that, "I know a lot of their family is coming and I'm sure Chris is getting them tickets, so I assume they are cheering for him."

Chris Kiffin worked for Lane as an administrative assistant at USC in 2010 before becoming an assistant coach at Arkansas State in 2011. He followed Freeze from Arkansas State to Mississippi following that season. Their dad is Monte Kiffin, currently an assistant with the Dallas Cowboys.
