Miami redshirt freshman quarterback Kevin Olsen, the younger brother of Carolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen, has been arrested for DUI.

Olsen, 19, was arrested for driving under the influence and possession of a stolen driver's license. The Palm Beach Post reported that he was booked in Miami after 4 a.m. Monday.

The younger Olsen has yet to play a game at UM and was suspended for the final game last season and the first two games this season, reportedly for failing a drug test.

He was in line to be Miami's starting quarterback after the injury to presumptive starter Ryan Williams during spring drills, but his suspension opened the door for true freshman Brad Kaaya.

Last week, Miami coach Al Golden told reporters that Olsen "had a really good summer, had a good preseason" and that Olsen was "just paying for his sins of a while back. The suspension -- just because it happened now -- does not reflect all the growth that he had. I want to make sure we're clear on that. He's had a lot of growth here in the last half-year and certainly in the last four months."
