Knowshon Moreno dislocates left elbow in loss

Knowshon Moreno's Sunday came to a premature and painful end.

The Dolphins running back dislocated his left elbow during Miami's 29-10 loss to the Bills, and he's expected to miss about four weeks, NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported, per a source who has spoken to the player.

Moreno remained down on the field for an extended time, kicking his legs in pain before being taken to the locker room. The Dolphins quickly ruled him out for the rest of the game.

Moreno was injured when the knee of Bills linebacker Nigel Bradham crashed into the running back's arm, which then bent in an unnatural way.

With Moreno out, Lamar Miller will get another chance to be Miami's lead back. This is a tough setback for a Miami offense that appeared to have a nice backfield setup after Week 1.
