Although Cedric Ogbuehi is a top prospect as an edge pass protector, he's actually played as much guard as tackle at Texas A&M. A starting right guard as a sophomore, he moved to right tackle last year and this year will slide to left tackle, where he'll face the SEC's fiercest pass rushers and draw intense scouting evaluations. Ogbuehi received a first-round grade from the NFL Draft Advisory Board in January, but decided to return to A&M for his senior season.

Pulling back the curtain on the vote

Iowa's Brandon Scherff and Ogbuehi are considered the top two OT prospects in college football. Our seven panelists were split on which one is better. Four of the panelists ranked Ogbuehi as the better talent; three had Scherff higher on their lists. Ogbuehi's highest ranking was third, one of four top-10 votes; his lowest ranking was 18th.

What some of our analysts are saying about Ogbuehi

"He has ideal length and foot quickness for left tackle. He would have been a first-round pick in the 2014 draft." - Daniel Jeremiah

***

"Athletic pass protector with prototypical physical dimensions and impressive technical skills." - Bucky Brooks

***

"He should become the third straight Aggie left tackle to be a first-round selection." - Charles Davis

***

"Easily the most versatile offensive lineman in the game, his light feet and upper-body strength make him a first-round pick at both tackle and guard." - Bryan Fischer

***

"The next man up in the Aggies' line of standout offensive linemen will start at his third position in three years, and few doubt he'll dominate at left tackle the way he already has at right tackle and right guard." - Chase Goodbread

***

"Last season, A&M had three first-round draft picks on offense. At times, though, this guy played better than all of them." - Mike Huguenin
