"It's not a thing at all," Brown told the New York Daily News on Tuesday. "I trust it 100 percent. I'll probably go every single day (in training camp). But I have to listen to the trainers and coaches."
Brown is expected to play a key role opposite Antrel Rolle in the Giants' secondary. Getting Brown back to full health became even more important after the team released Will Hill earlier this offseason.
Prior to the injury last year, Brown was coming off a 2012 seasons during which he compiled eight interceptions, two forced fumbles and 76 tackles.
Brown's return to form will provide a ball-hawking presence in a revamped Giants secondary. There is just one more test he needs to get out of the way at training camp.
"I've still gotta take my first hit," he said. "But other than that, I'm good."
