Jadeveon Clowney to make 'Tonight Show' appearance

Heeeeere's ... Jadeveon?

Nope, doesn't roll off the tongue. But former South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney will nevertheless make an appearance on "The Tonight Show" Wednesday, less than 24 hours before he's widely expected to be the No. 1 overall pick of the 2014 NFL Draft.

Other guests will include Zac Efron, Food Network star Guy Fieri and singer Sarah McLachlan. Yahoo.com came up with a few interesting Clowney-based ideas for host Jimmy Fallon. The jokes that can be made at Clowney's expense cover a wide range, from the pile of money he'll come into with his rookie contract, to his well-documented speeding tickets, to the work ethic questions that dogged him throughout the draft process, yet apparently won't affect his draft status. The Houston Texans could make Clowney the top pick, or trade the pick to a team that wants Clowney even more. The upset pick for a possible unseating of Clowney at No. 1 is Buffalo linebacker Khalil Mack, which makes for another possible line of questioning for Fallon.

With an outgoing personality and sense of humor, Clowney should be a natural in Fallon's guest chair.

Just not quite as naturally as he rushes the passer.
