Some draft prospects might stay in for a peaceful night at home on the eve of a visit with an NFL team. Of course, Johnny Football isn't one of those prospects.
Manziel, who will visit the Oakland Raiders over the next two days, attended the NCAA men's basketball Final Four at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, on Saturday night, and reportedly was a guest in the suite of Cowboys owner Jerry Jones.
Jones' guest list was said to also include Hall of Fame QB Troy Aikman and Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett, but, not surprisingly, Manziel was seen hanging out at the event with his good friend rapper Drake, who is a Kentucky fan, and posted a couple photos from the night to his Instagram account. The two apparently were sitting separately but managed to find each other.
There were reports that Manziel and Drake were both booed when they were shown separately on the jumbotron. Who knows how many Cowboys fans were among those expressing their displeasure with the very sight of Manziel, but the other NFL team from Texas likely will be the only Lone Star state franchise that has to make a decision on whether to bypass Manziel on May 8.
