Former Houston Texans nose tackle Earl Mitchell agreed to a four-year, $16 million contract, with $9 million guaranteed, NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported Wednesday, per a source informed of the Dolphins' thinking.
Mitchell was slated to visit the Dolphins as early as Tuesday night and the team didn't let him leave the facility without an agreement.

Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers general manager Mark Dominik has labeled him one of the top sleepers of free agency. The "Around The League Podcast" is now available on iTunes!
