The outside linebacker will return to the Bucs and the familiar confines of the NFC South, where he's played his entire four-year career.

With new coach Lovie Smith and coordinator Leslie Frazier gearing the franchise for a defensive overhaul, it will be interesting to see how they'll utilize Casillas opposite stalwart Lavonte David.

Casillas, a product of Wisconsin, was a 2009 undrafted free agent with the New Orleans Saints. He started two games in his rookie season when the franchise won its first Super Bowl.

Last season, Casillas recorded 24 tackles, two passes defensed and one forced fumble in 12 games -- four of them starts.
