Miami Dolphins bullying saga will prompt changes in NFL

In the wake of Friday's release of Ted Wells' report on the Miami Dolphins bullying scandal, NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported that "big cultural changes" are coming for the league.

Citing a league source, Rapoport said on Friday's edition of NFL Network's "NFL Total Access" that the league will take a "very hard look at the locker room culture ... and try to come up with some new workplace rules, some non-gray area for players to know what is OK and what is not OK."

Wells, an independent investigator hired by the NFL, found that three starters on the Dolphins' offensive line -- Richie Incognito, John Jerry and Mike Pouncey -- engaged in a "pattern of harassment" directed at teammate Jonathan Martin, as well as another young offensive lineman and an assistant trainer.
