Teddy Bridgewater will 'evaluate everything' after bowl game

All season, Louisville junior Teddy Bridgewater has been called the most pro-ready quarterback in the nation.

But scouts have picked over his game like your hungry uncle picks over a Christmas ham, and all of a sudden, he has fallen down some draft boards. Still, in the eyes of many analysts, he remains the No. 1 quarterback in the nation.

After Louisville's practice Monday, Bridgewater -- who graduated Saturday -- was asked for the umpteenth time if he felt he was ready for the NFL.

"I feel that I'm ready, but I also feel that I'm not. That can go either way," he told reporters. "You always have an area to improve on. After this game, I'll evaluate everything."

A tweet from last Friday may have shown which way he is leaning.

Bridgewater (6-foot-3, 205 pounds) and the Cardinals meet Miami (9-3) in Saturday's Russell Athletic Bowl in what, on paper, looks to be one of best games of the postseason.

Bridgewater is 13th nationally with 3,523 passing yards and tied for 14th with 28 TD passes. He also is second nationally in completion percentage (70.2).
