» The Seahawks clinch home-field advantage in the NFC with a win or a 49ers loss

» The Saints clinch a playoff berth with a Cardinals loss

» The 49ers clinch a playoff berth with a win or a Cardinals loss

» The Bears clinch the NFC North with win and a Lions loss and a Packers loss

Playoff implications clinched this week:

» The Broncos clinched the AFC West and a first-round bye with their win and the Chiefs' loss.

» The Patriots clinched the AFC East with the Dolphins' loss
