Michael Vick still a week or two out from Eagles return

Michael Vick still is not on the cusp of returning to the Philadelphia Eagles' lineup.

The injured quarterback told NFL Media's Albert Breer that he wouldn't dress for Sunday's game against the Green Bay Packers, and that he remains a week or two away from returning.

Vick is dealing with a hamstring injury that already has kept him out of three games this season.

Nick Foles started Sunday's tilt, one week after his record-tying touchdown performance against the Oakland Raiders. He could stamp his name on the job with another big performance in Green Bay.

Eagles coach Chip Kelly repeatedly has said his quarterback situation is on a week-to-week basis and he won't decide on future starts until both Vick and Foles are healthy.

The latest "Around The League Podcast" previews every Week 10 game, including the heavyweight battle between the Carolina Panthers and San Francisco 49ers.
