Kenny Britt open to trade from Tennessee Titans

NFL Media columnist Michael Silver made it crystal clear that Tennessee Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt can be had for cheap.

"If you have a 12-pack of Coke and athletic tape, you can have Kenny Britt," Silver said Monday night on NFL Network's "NFL Total Access." "Nobody wants him."

With Tuesday's 4 p.m. ET trade deadline drawing near, Britt hasn't given up on his run with the Titans, but he sounds open to switching ZIP codes:

"It would be great to stay, as long as they're giving me opportunities that I should get, especially since I've been working hard and doing the right things out there," Britt told reporters Monday, per The Tennessean. "Going somewhere else and having a fresh start, it would be good also. But where my mind is right now is just probably staying here because everything is here -- my family is here and stuff like that."

Britt has struggled through a rough season filled with benchings, penalties and far too many drops. The Titans have reduced his snaps in what is certain to be Britt's final season in Tennessee. In the last year of his contract, Britt can be had for 12 sodas -- maybe even 11 -- if someone has an interest in this uneven receiver with a history of knee and off-field problems.
