Shawn Powell cut after disastrous Buffalo Bills game

Buffalo Bills punter Shawn Powell was burned Thursday night, then fired Friday morning.

The Bills announced they released the punter after a disastrous game in which he allowed Cleveland Browns return man Travis Benjamin to set a single-game franchise record with 179 yards (good enough for 6th all time).

Benjamin ripped off a 57-yard return and followed it with a spectacular 79-yard touchdown run, as seen in the embedded view below, where you can watch him shame Powell over and over again.
