Frank Gore would like you to know any frustrations he's dealing with goes back to losses, not his coaching staff.
"I'm cool with Harbaugh," Gore said Tuesday, via CSN Bay Area. "That's not me, anyway. That's not me. I'm good.
"I just wanted to win," Gore added. "I wasn't thinking about how many times I touched the ball. I just wanted to win. Get that nasty taste out of our mouth. That's what I was thinking about."
Of course, the Niners might have had a better chance to win Sunday had they kept Gore more involved. He piled up 70 yards on eight carries in the first half, but never saw another carry after the fourth play of the third quarter.
"I think it's more of a function of staying on the field and having the opportunity to get into a rhythm and calling those plays," offensive coordinator Greg Roman explained. "The past two games, aside from late in the game when you're in two-minute mode, we've had very few base downs to get into a rhythm."
The Niners are dealing with multiple issues right now, but keeping Gore actively involved in the offense is something they can control. Feed The Inconvenient Truth and good things happen.
