Herman Edwards imparted some wisdom to the members of the defending national champions.

Herm Edwards certainly has developed a name for himself as a speaker.

From his speeches at the NFL's Rookie Symposium to his appearance on ESPN's "30 for 30" documentary "Broke", the former New York Jets and Kansas City Chiefs head coach knows how to get people's attention. He brought that skill to Tuscaloosa, Ala., recently to impart some wisdom on the University of Alabama's national championship football team.

He joined an impressive list of speakers that included Super Bowl champion linebacker Ray Lewis, New York Yankees manager Joe Girardi, and others who spoke to UA players at the start of fall camp. But some of Edwards' words to the Crimson Tide found their way onto internet video.

They did so in pieces, but Edwards' motivational commentary is most definitely worth three clicks:

Edwards, Part I

Edwards, Part II

Edwards Part III

Now, who's ready to play some football?
