Inside the Schedule

Four prime-time games and a Thanksgiving duel with the Raiders assures the nation we'll see plenty of the Cowboys next season. The opener against the Giants is a pace-setter, and we'll quickly find out if Tony Romo is able to earn his money with an October run against the Broncos, Redskins and Eagles. December will decide if Dallas is playoff material, with stretch games against the Bears, Packers, Redskins and Eagles.
Key Game
Week 15 vs Packers
It's April, so let's be honest: The Cowboys might be horse meat by the time mid-December rolls around. If they aren't -- and if they plan to make a serious run at the playoffs -- taking care of business against Aaron Rodgers and the Packers would give Dallas plenty of confidence heading into the final two weeks of the season. If they can't compete against Green Bay at home late in the season, we shouldn't take this team too seriously.
