How analysts are projecting the first-round picks for the San Francisco 49ers in the 2013 NFL Draft:

Matt "Money" Smith

No. 31: Margus Hunt, DE, SMU

Hunt is a Jim Harbaugh player, pliable and an exceptional athlete who would do well with the outstanding coaching the 49ers have. Lets see Russell Wilson try to throw bubble screens to Percy Harvin on Hunt's side of the field. Not happening.

Charles Davis

No. 31: Margus Hunt, DE, SMU

Hunt has strength, length and he can run. The 49ers take him with an eye on his future development.

Daniel Jeremiah

No. 31: Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford

Niners coach Jim Harbaugh has first-hand knowledge of Ertz, having recruited and coached him at Stanford. With Delanie Walker gone, the 49ers could use another tight end to pair with the über-talented Vernon Davis. San Francisco can address its need at safety with one of its next few picks.

Bucky Brooks

No. 31: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame

The loss of Delanie Walker makes it imperative for the 49ers to find a tight end with the athleticism and versatility to complement Vernon Davis. Eifert is a terrific pass catcher with the size to create mismatches between the hashes.

Akbar Gbajabiamila

No. 31: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina

Both Ricky Jean Francois and Isaac Sopoaga left in free agency. The Niners should pursue an interior force with athleticism in the middle of the defense.

Gil Brandt

No. 31: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama

The native Australian is really strong and still kind of learning how to play the game. He's a very, very competitive player and I think he'll make a good pro.

Charley Casserly

No. 31: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame

Do the 49ers opt instead for tight end Zach Ertz, who played under Jim Harbaugh at Stanford?

Josh Norris

No. 31: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama

Williams isn't just a nose tackle, as he played end in Alabama's three-man front in 2011. Finding a future replacement for Justin Smith should be a top priority.
