How analysts are projecting the first-round picks for the Indianapolis Colts in the 2013 NFL Draft:

Matt "Money" Smith

No. 24: Menelik Watson, OT, Florida State

Sticking with my previous mock on this one, thanks to that poor offensive line play last season. Andrew Luck is this franchise's future. Protect him.

Charles Davis

No. 24: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina

Williams is getting a lot of buzz in recent weeks, and his game tape backs it up. Minnesota might want to snatch him up one pick earlier.
» Full mock draft

Daniel Jeremiah

No. 24: Cornellius Carradine, DE, Florida State

This might be a little high for a player coming off of knee surgery, but Carradine is a rock-solid football player when healthy. The Colts need to add some youth and size at the outside linebacker position; Carradine would bring both elements.

Bucky Brooks

No. 24: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M

Moore's immaturity and lack of explosive athleticism could send him tumbling down draft boards. Indianapolis, which has a hard-nosed coach (Chuck Pagano) and a huge void at outside linebacker, could be the perfect landing spot.

Akbar Gbajabiamila

No. 24: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State

Defensive coordinator Greg Manusky will fight in the Colts' war room to grab a versatile player like Werner, who can line up at left defensive end, right defensive end or outside linebacker. This would be a big plus for Indy's 3-4 defense. Most talented DE/OLB types only feel comfortable making plays on one side.

Gil Brandt

No. 24: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina

He does not have prototypical height for his position at 6-3, but he is a very strong, competitive player who seems to go hard all the time. North Carolina recruits good players, and Williams is no exception.
» Full mock draft

Charley Casserly

No. 24: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee

The Colts add much-needed speed on the perimeter.
» Full mock draft

Josh Norris

No. 24: Datone Jones, DE, UCLA

Even if he cannot gain enough weight to be considered a traditional defensive end in a three-man front, Jones plays with enough strength in his base and power in his hands to succeed at the position.
