'Tuck Rule' eliminated by wide margin at NFL Annual Meeting

A source told Ian Rappoport on Wednesday that the elimination of the "Tuck Rule" passed overwhelmingly at the NFL Annual Meeting. The rule will be implemented for the 2013 season.
