Philip Wheeler strikes $26M contract with Miami Dolphins

Philip Wheeler agreed to a five-year, $26 million contract with the Miami Dolphins, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reported Tuesday.

Rapoport also reported the former Raiders linebacker will receive $13 million in guaranteed money.
