The hours are dwindling for teams to decide on applying their franchise tags before today's 4 p.m. ET deadline. Check out the position-by-position numbers here, and stay tuned to NFL Network throughout the day for all the latest news.

» Reed's teammate, Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco, is expected to sign a six-year, $120.6 million contract today that is the richest contract in NFL history. NFL.com's Albert Breer has a look at the numbers.
