It's not exactly news that Baltimore Ravens offensive tackle Michael Oher had a movie made about his early life.
It was called "The Blind Side," adapted from a book written by Michael Lewis. It became the primary narrative surrounding Oher's arrival in the NFL in 2009.

Oher went through a period when all anyone wanted to talk about was "The Blind Side." That has died down in recent years, but the Super Bowl has a way of bringing old stories back to life.
Oher isn't thrilled about that part.
"I'm tired of the movie," Oher said at Super Bowl Media Day on Tuesday, according to The Baltimore Sun. "I'm here to play football. Football is what got me here, and the movie, it wasn't me. I always knew how to play football growing up. It was different personalities, stuff like that. Playing football is what got me to this point.
"It was a little different, but I've been through a lot in my life, some rough times. Being here in New Orleans for the Super Bowl is truly unbelievable."
Oher, an honor student who graduated from Ole Miss, was asked if it bothered him that his character in the film was portrayed as somewhat dim-witted.
"I only watched the movie one time," he said. "If they did that, it was definitely wrong."
That's pretty amazing. A movie about Oher's life that grossed more than $300 million at the box office and won Sandra Bullock an Oscar ... and Oher practically has no connection to it.
Yes, it's safe to say he has moved on.
