Atlanta Falcons director of player personnel David Caldwell and Arizona Cardinals vice president of player personnel Steve Keim have emerged as the leaders for the general manager opening with the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to a Jaguars source.

The Jaguars hope to make a decision between the two men this week. Keim also is considered the favorite for the job with the Cardinals.

Jaguars coach Mike Mularkey's future will rest largely in the hands of the next general manager, according to the source.
