Josh Brent of Dallas Cowboys formally indicted by grand jury

Dallas Cowboys nose tackle Josh Brent was formally indicted Wednesday on one count of intoxication manslaughter. The indictment follows Brent's arrest for a Dec. 8 car crash that left his best friend and teammate Jerry Brown dead.
