More Columns > and NFL Network reporter Ian Rapoport has his thoughts on the game:

Why this game is intriguing: Denver has plenty to play for, with a first-round bye coming with a victory. Even home-field advantage throughout the playoffs can happen. But against the lowly Chiefs, they'll mainly want to play, win, and walk off the field with no hiccups, and then get ready for one of the most anticipated postseasons for the Broncos in a long time. The Chiefs, meanwhile, can clinch the No. 1 pick in the draft with a loss. And when this one is over, the fates of coach Romeo Crennel, general manager Scott Pioli, and everyone else hang in the balance.
