The Denver Broncos have dominated, and the Ravens' injury problems continue to get worse. Wide receiver Torrey Smith is out after suffering a concussion in the third quarter.

The play that Smith was injured on was typical of this game for the Ravens. It looked like Smith made a fabulous play, but it was ruled he was out of bounds. Coach John Harbaugh wasted a timeout challenging the play.

Changing offensive coordinators -- Jim Caldwell replaced the fired Cam Cameron this week -- has not helped the Ravens. With Smith hurt, the team now has another thing to worry about.
