As expected, the Minnesota Vikings will be without wide receiver Percy Harvin for a third consecutive week.
Harvin has been downgraded from doubtful to out, and he won't travel with the Vikings for Sunday's Week 13 matchup against the Green Bay Packers.
Harvin still isn't right after spraining his left ankle in three places during a Nov. 4 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Harvin participated in catching drills Friday, but he hasn't practiced with teammates.
"The ability to push off and change direction seems to be giving him a little bit of trouble," Vikings coach Leslie Frazier said Friday, via The Associated Press.
Without Harvin, the Vikings could be in serious trouble against the Packers. Harvin's injury did more than derail an MVP-worthy season -- it also removed balance from the Vikings' offensive attack.
