It has been more than a week since Detroit Lions coach Jim Schwartz sent wide receiver Titus Young away from the team for bad behavior.

It's finally time for Young to return. The Associated Press reported Wednesday that Young was back with the team.
That's a mild surprise after what Schwartz said Tuesday. Schwartz was asked if Young could miss the rest of the season, essentially for his attitude.
"Potentially," Schwartz said. "This is a decision who the best 46 were on Sunday (this past week against the Houston Texans). That will continue to be evaluated. There's been times he's been very productive in our offense. He's been an asset for our offense, an asset for our team. That's where he needs to get back to."
Young participated in practice Wednesday although it's unclear if he'll play this week. Young isn't expected to talk to reporters until Friday. Schwartz said Young's behavior will determine the Lions' course of action.
"It's more of when he gets back with the team, if he gets back with the team, but it's more of when he gets back with the team, and the behavior he does then," Schwartz said.
It's another bizarre twist to this Lions season. The one positive to this story: Rookie Ryan Broyles has taken Young's spot in the lineup and looks awfully good. If Young can ever get his head on straight, Detroit's wide receiver group could be very dangerous.
We could say the same thing about the entire team.
