Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh will not receive the benefit of the doubt from the NFL, executive vice president of football operations Ray Anderson told ProFootballTalk.com's Mike Florio on the "Dan Patrick Show."

Suh had his second consecutive Thanksgiving Day incident when he kicked Houston Texans quarterback Matt Schaub in the groin. The NFL plans to review Thursday's play to determine if it was intentional and if Suh should be disciplined.
"It appeared to be a little out of the ordinary," Anderson told Florio on Friday, according to an interview transcript obtained by NFL.com. "It didn't seem to be a natural football move. We're going to withhold judgment until we see all of the angles."
"Certainly, we have to go on a player's history and we have a process. ... Because if you're a repeat offender, you really are not entitled to the benefit of the doubt."
Suh stomped on Evan Dietrich-Smith last Thanksgiving as the Packers guard laid on the ground. Suh didn't speak to the media after the loss to the Texans.
