Chuck Pagano might attend Indianapolis Colts game Sunday

Earlier this week, Indianapolis Colts coach Chuck Pagano briefly met with staff and players at a team practice facility.

On Sunday, the first-year coach, who has been an inspiration to Colts players and fans as he continues his battle with leukemia, could get the chance to meet with players again. Only this time, Pagano would see them during a game.

Colts owner Jim Irsay tweeted Friday that anyone who sees Pagano at Sunday's home game against the Miami Dolphins should be confident that it's not a trick and more of a treat:

Pagano has had to watch the majority of the Colts' games this season from a hospital room. He's been undergoing treatment for leukemia at an Indianapolis hospital since late September when he revealed he had the disease.

Pagano has been out of the hospital since Monday, but is scheduled to receive another round of chemotherapy next week, according to the Indianapolis Star. It is not known when Pagano will be available to return to his head coaching duties.
