Jordy Nelson sits out Green Bay Packers practice

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson again missed practice Wednesday. He was held out of the Packers' 24-15 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars with a hamstring issue that still remains a problem.

The Packers' offense is missing its top two receivers as Greg Jennings (groin) awaits surgery that was postponed because of Superstorm Sandy. James Jones, Randall Cobb and Donald Driver all have moved up the depth chart. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers and tight end Jermichael Finley haven't connected more despite the abscence of Jennings and Nelson.

Packers coach Mike McCarthy said Nelson will go through the rehab process Thursday and be reevaluated Friday, the Green Bay Press-Gazette reported. The Packers face the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.

The Packers' offense was not spectacular against a Jaguars defense that was expected to be torched. The unit would love to have Nelson back, but those hamstrings tend to linger, and one missed game quickly can turn into a month. It'll be wait and see with Nelson, for now.
