Trent Richardson back at Cleveland Browns practice

Cleveland Browns running back Trent Richardson was back at practice Wednesday after leaving Sunday's 34-24 win over the Cincinnati Bengals with a rib cartilage injury.

Browns coach Pat Shurmur told reporters his rookie runner would take part in drills, along with defensive tackle Ahtyba Rubin and wide receivers Mohamed Massaquoi and Travis Benjamin.

Richardson's 340 yards on the ground isn't among the NFL leaders, but he's the central focus of a young Browns offense that relies on his battering run-style and pass-catching skills out of the backfield.

Richardson is tied for fourth among running backs with four touchdowns, which pleases fantasy people, but the Browns are excited about his increased power and purpose on the ground with each passing week on the heels of his August knee scope.

The Indianapolis Colts should prepare to see Richardson this Sunday.
