Moody Jay Cutler made an appearance at Lambeau Field during Thursday night's 23-10 loss to the Green Bay Packers, and he was caught on camera for the world to see. The Chicago Bears' quarterback was seen using a few choice words with left tackle J'Marcus Webb.
"Get your (expletive) head into the game," Cutler said after a chest-bump with Webb, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.
Cutler is known for his sulking ways when things go wrong. Two years ago, he left the NFC Championship Game against the Packers with a knee injury and seemed to distance himself the rest of the game. On Thursday night, Cutler was sacked seven times and threw four interceptions.
"I care about this," Cutler said. "This isn't just a hobby for me. If we're not doing things the right way, I'm going to say something. If they want a quarterback that doesn't care, then they better get someone else."
There's nothing wrong with caring and getting heated during a game. The question is: Does Cutler accept the same type of criticism after he throws a fourth-quarter interception off his back foot?
Webb seems to be taking it pretty well. He went to his Facebook page to acknowledge his challenging evening.
"There is nothing like having a bad game, but when you have it, you have to deal with it correctly," Webb wrote Friday morning. "It's not how one deals with a win. How does one deal with a loss or bad game? I'm no different than you. Time to prepare. Go Bears!"
We can't quite tell what he thinks about how Cutler dealt with it.
