will re-air the Detroit Lions' 27-23 win over the St. Louis  Rams in Week 1 on Wednesday, Sept. 12 at 9 p.m. ET.

The Lions might have survived a Rams receiving corps led by Danny Amendola without their No. 1 cover man, but the San Francisco 49erspresent a difference challenge. San Francisco runs out a group that includes Michael Crabtree, Randy Moss, Mario Manningham and tight end Vernon Davis.

Houston suffered a high ankle sprain against the Oakland Raiders in Week 3 of the preseason and has not practiced since.

"I don't know how you'd classify it, because a concussion is a concussion, but he's doing really well," Lions coach Jim Schwartz told MLive.com. "Yes, he has to pass a protocol to be back. That's an objective thing. That's not a subjective, 'Well, we think he's doing fine.' He has some hurdles he needs to cross, but we're optimistic."
