Cundiff was a Pro Bowler in 2010 and made 28 of his 37 field goal attempts last year, with a long of 51 yards.

The Ravens and Redskins play on Dec. 9 at FedEx Field.

WTEM-AM in Washington DC reports that Graham Gano, who was to be the starter, has been released.

Gano thanked the Redskins in a tweet Monday morning.

UPDATE: The Redskins later confirmed Cundiff's signing in a news release.
